In case of transaction related failure, instant automatic refund will be processed as per existing timeline of the payment gateway. In case of processed or captured transaction, if the payee wants to modify his order or want refund, the payee has to approach to isamconference2024@gmail.com within 02 days with the transaction details. If authenticated, ISAM will issue the refund amount within 07 working days. In case you have concerns related to your payment of delegate fee, drop us a mail within 02 days of payment with details to Indian Society of Aerospace Medicine (www.isam.in) or isamconference2024@gmail.com. The concerned team will revert back.
